The terms, in plain words.

These terms apply between you and Aspire and Alliance Consulting, a sole proprietorship of Anjali Singh, which runs Pragmatly (“we”). Using this website, paying for a service or accepting our quote means you accept them. Last updated: 5th Oct 2026.

1. Services

The free profile evaluation gives estimates from the details you enter. The best-fit report call and school packages are described on our About Pricing page, in your quote and on your invoice. You receive the service you paid for, for the schools and admissions cycle listed. Anything else (extra schools, mock interviews, workshops) is a separate purchase.

2. No guarantee

Admissions, interviews and scholarships are decided by the schools. Our estimates and advice are not a promise of any result, and we do not guarantee any outcome.

3. Your part

Your essays, answers and applications must be your own work. We guide, question and review; we do not write them for you, and we will not help present false information. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, for sharing inputs on time and for submitting your applications.

4. Fees and payments

Prices are in Indian Rupees; all prices include 18% GST. Payment terms, instalments and refunds are set out in our Refunds, Cancellation & Payments policy. An invoice is issued for every payment.

5. Scope and timelines

Services are valid for the admissions cycle on your invoice. Delays on your side do not extend the package. A school can be swapped only before essay work on it begins, and only with our agreement.

6. Our material is confidential

Everything we share with you (introspection documents and question banks, frameworks and templates, reports and feedback, sample essays, workshop content and call recordings) is Pragmatly’s confidential property, for your personal use only. During and after the engagement, with no time limit, you will not copy, share, publish, sell, record or upload any of it, including to friends, other applicants, consultants, coaching institutes, social media and AI tools. On request, you will delete it.

7. Your information

We keep your personal information and application materials confidential and use them only to deliver our services, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Trusted service providers help us do this, under confidentiality. Our calls may be recorded and transcribed for your file.

8. Results and publicity

Once you are admitted, we may publish your result (your name, school, programme, round and any scholarship) on our website, social media and marketing material. On request, you will share copies of admission letters, scholarship letters, interview invitations and result emails within 7 days, so we can record and verify results.

9. Breach

If you breach clause 6, we may end the engagement at once without refund, seek an injunction and claim damages.

10. Our liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us. We are not liable for decisions or delays by schools, application portals or test bodies.

11. Law and disputes

Indian law applies. Either side will first raise any issue in writing and we will try to resolve it within 15 days. If that fails, the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction.
