Payments and refunds, clearly.

This policy covers payments, cancellations and refunds for Pragmatly’s services. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Last updated: 7th Oct 2026.

1. How you pay

Payments are made online through our payment partner (UPI, cards and net banking) or by bank transfer to Aspire and Alliance Consulting. All prices are in Indian Rupees. All prices include 18% GST. An invoice is issued for every payment.

2. Best-fit report call (₹2,299)

Paid in full when you request the report, and you then book your 30-minute call. Once booked, the fee is non-refundable.

3. GRE mock pack (₹12,999, or less with a discount code)

Paid in full online. The pack gives you GRE mocks 2 to 10 for 90 days from the day you pay. You can take each mock once; if your connection drops, you carry on from where you stopped. The free mock 1 needs no payment. The pack is linked to the email you confirm at checkout. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable, including mocks you have not taken.

4. School packages: payment plans

You choose one plan when you accept your quote:

• Plan A, three instalments: 60% when you join, 20% one month later, 20% one month after that.
• Plan B, two instalments: 50% when you join, 50% one month later.
• Or the full amount when you join.

If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause work. If it is more than 30 days late, we may end the engagement, and fees already paid are not refunded.

5. School packages: cancellation and refunds

Once a package is booked, fees are non-refundable, including instalments already paid. Services are valid for the admissions cycle on your invoice and do not carry over to a later cycle.

6. If we cancel

If we are unable to deliver a service you have paid for, we will refund the part of the fee for the service not delivered.

7. How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due under section 6, it is paid to the original payment method within 7 working days. Banks may take a few more days to show the credit.
