What we collect

When you use the free Profile Evaluation tool, we collect the academic and professional details you enter (test scores, GPA, work experience, target round) to calculate your admission, interview, and scholarship chances. If you request the paid best-fit report or contact us, we also collect your name, email, and phone number.

How we use it

• To calculate and show you your evaluation results.
• To follow up about the best-fit report or a consultation, if you requested one.
• To improve the accuracy of our evaluation engine, using aggregated and anonymised data only.

We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Enquiry and lead data is stored on infrastructure operated by our service providers (including Google Workspace and our CRM). If you become a client, your profile data for active admissions work is stored on Supabase, with access restricted to your assigned consultant and Pragmatly staff.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time, by emailing sales@pragmatly.com. We will action deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain records for legal or contractual reasons (for example, active engagement records).

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The evaluation tool may use your browser's local storage to save your in-progress answers so you don't lose them on refresh; this data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit.
